NOT SURE OF YOUR 3SIXTYCAP SIZE?

Cap Size :        7      7 1/8      7 1/4      7 3/8      7 1/2      7 5/8      7 3/4      7 7/8    8

Centimeters:  56       57          58          59          60           61          62          63      64

To figure out your cap size, place a flexible metric measuring tape directly where the cap sweatband will rest comfortably on the forehead and read the length of the tape around the entire circle of your head in centimeters. Now, compare the measurement results in centimeters with the cap size chart above.

DO YOU ALREADY OWN A NEW ERA BRAND FITTED CAP?

Just in case you do, we suggest that you buy our caps one size smaller than the New Era brand fitted cap that you already own. We grade our caps true to the industry standard fitted cap measurements as shown on the chart above. However, our customers are telling us that the 3Sixty cap runs approximately one size bigger than New Era fitted cap. So for example, if you own a New Era brand fitted cap in size 7 1/2, we suggest that you buy our 3Sixty cap in size 7 3/8.

DID THE BRIM COME OFF YOUR 3SIXTY CAP?

Not to worry, it's not broken! The brim on the 3Sixty cap was designed to be detachable. This will allow brims of different colors to be attached to the same cap. Just think that you will soon be able to transform the cap as a whole new look to suit any hook-up. We will soon be offering separate multi-color brims for sale. In the meantime, if the brim comes off, simply turn the cap upside down and look at the male track that is sewn inside the cap. There is a portion of the male track facing the front of the cap that has an engineered split opening, which is also the entry point for female connector that's on the brim. Now, gently bend the engineered split opening of the male track at a slight angle and slide the female connector that's on the brim to engage the male track. Once you join the brim and track together, continue to slide the brim completely onto the track. Your done!

DID YOUR 3SIXTY CAP GET DIRTY?

Sorry, but there's not much we can do for you here. The caps are generally made of wool, so if you wash it, you will ruin the shape. Heck, maybe this is a good reason to buy another one, huh. ;-)
